CF Kids
For kids. For the Quad Cities.
CF Kids helps children from birth through 5th grade hear that God loves them and that he sent Jesus for them. We use the WonderInk curriculum, and older kids can join the CF Kids Challenge to memorize Scripture.
Two services. One family.
At 9:00 AM, kids ministry is for birth through 5th grade. At 10:40 AM, it is for birth through PreK.
10:40 AM service
Nursery, toddler, and preschool are open for birth through PreK. Elementary kids can stay in the service and use an activity bag.
Nursery and toddler children can be dropped off before either service. Preschool and elementary kids are dismissed after the first song. Everyone is checked in before they enter the CF Kids space downstairs, next to the gym. Pickup uses the tag you received at check-in.
Your first visit

Arrive a few minutes early
Check-in opens about 15 minutes before each service. Look for the CF Kids table upstairs, just outside the lobby.

Check in
We take your child's name and any allergy or care notes. Your child gets a name sticker. You keep the pickup tag.

Meet a leader
A CF Kids leader walks you to the right room, or to the sanctuary if your child will be dismissed after the first song.

Enjoy the service
Your child is with trained volunteers.

Pick up
After the service, children are released only to the adult with the matching pickup tag.
You are welcome to stay with your child the first Sunday. Tell a leader.
Serve with CF Kids
You can serve one service and worship at the other. No experience is required. We will train you. Roles that work with children include a background check.
Questions
Is CF Kids offered during both services?
Yes, with a difference to note. The 9:00 AM service has full CF Kids for birth through 5th grade. The 10:40 AM service has CF Kids for birth through PreK. Elementary-age kids are welcome in the main service at 10:40, or at the full 9:00 experience.
Can I stay in CF Kids with my child during our first visit?
Absolutely. If it helps your child ease in, you're welcome to stay with them your first Sunday. Just let a leader know at check-in.
What if my child has allergies or medical needs?
Let us know at the CF Kids check-in table when you arrive, and we'll note it for your child's room. You're also welcome to reach out before your visit so we can prepare.
What should my child bring?
Just themselves! For nursery, feel free to bring a labeled diaper bag, bottle, or comfort item. We'll take care of the rest.
My child is sick. Should I still bring them?
Please keep children home if they have a fever, are contagious, or aren't feeling well, so we can keep every child healthy. We can't wait to see them the next Sunday!
